Rahul Bose and Mallika Sherawat will be seen once again in Venus’s next film Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam , which is being directed by Sanjay Chell. Incidentally, the filmmakers wanted Tabu for the lead role. However, they found her a little too old for the character and have now finalized Mallika for this comedy thriller.

They made a sizzling couple in ‘Pyar Ke Side Effects’. Now, Mallika and Rahul Bose will join up again.

Many people expressed doubts whether oomph diva Mallika and arty Rahul Bose would be able to make a good pair on screen. Those doubts were laid to rest in Pyar Ke Side Effects which had a fairly good run at the box-office last year.

Now, the twosome have reportedly been cast yet again by Venus Films for their production venture Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam . The movie will be a comedy with elements of romance and a thriller.

Venus Films had previously approached Tabu for the leading lady’s role in the film but dropped the idea because they found Tabu a little too mature for the role. Catty Mallika seemed to suit the role better and was therefore finalized for the part.

The movie will be directed by Sanjay Chell. It will also have Paresh Rawal in an important role.
